Britney Spears is grateful to those who supported her journey to end her tutelage.
On Monday, the 39-year-old pop star took to his fans on Twitter less than a week after his father, Jamie Spears, was suspended as the curator of his estate.
“I have no words… because of you and your constant resilience to free me from my tutelage… my life is now in this direction !!!!! I cried last night for two hours because my fans are the best and I know it … ” she wrote next to a video of her on Kanye West’s “Fade”.
The newly engaged singer continued, “I feel your heart and you feel mine… I know it’s true !!!!!”
On the same day, Britney also took to her fans on Instagram, asking them where they think she should marry her fiance Sam Asghari.
In the Instagram video, Britney – who was on vacation with Asghari in French Polynesia – said: “We have a difficult situation, a very big problem right now. I have no idea where I want to get married . We don’t know if we want to get married in Italy or Greece, Australia or New York. “
Asghari said to his fiancee, “Why don’t you ask the fans?” To which the singer replied: “Maybe I should ask the fans where we should get married, I think that’s a very good idea.”
Britney also captioned the post, in part, “Psss where should we get married 💍⛪️👰🏼♀️.”
Last Wednesday, Judge Brenda Penny accepted a request from Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, to suspend her father’s role in her guardianship. As Jamie’s temporary replacement, Penny has appointed CPA John Zabel, who will hold the position until December 31.
Of her decision, Penny said it was “in the best interests of the Conservative, which is my goal.”

Jamie’s attorney, Vivian Lee Thoreen, said in a statement released Thursday that Jamie “loves his daughter Britney unconditionally” and has defended his role as custodian of the estate.
“Respectfully, the court was wrong to suspend Mr Spears, put a stranger in his place to handle Britney’s estate and extend the very guardianship Britney begged the court to end earlier this summer,” wrote Thoreen in a statement. “Despite the suspension, Mr. Spears will continue to look out for his daughter’s best interests and work in good faith towards a positive resolution of all matters.”
